Then it\u2019s too late to back out and you have to plow through anyway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here is the story&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Last year we launched an online course for the first time<\/li>\n<li>We quickly found that planning a launch is a NIGHTMARE<\/li>\n<li>There are a crap ton of moving parts&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Webinars<\/li>\n<li>Video series<\/li>\n<li>Close carts<\/li>\n<li>Open carts<\/li>\n<li>Bonuses<\/li>\n<li>eBooks<\/li>\n<li>Affiliates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AHHHHHHHHH!!!!<\/p>\n<p>So I asked myself a few months ago\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelf&#8230;how can we make this easier?\u201c<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I thought about it. Press a button. And 5 seconds later you were given your exact launch plan.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The perfectly optimized open and close dates.<\/li>\n<li>Exactly what emails to send and when to send them.<\/li>\n<li>Every social media update you needed to send<\/li>\n<li>As well as a planner to help you prepare everything for launch weeks ahead of time<\/li>\n<li>All you had to do was follow the plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That would be INCREDIBLE! Right!?<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d buy it in a heartbeat!<\/p>\n<p><strong>So&#8230;today, we\u2019re going to build it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It needs to exist.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I called the team up and told them about the idea. They loved it.<\/li>\n<li>Next I called a few programmer friends of mine to see if they\u2019d be up for building it. They said yes.<\/li>\n<li>Then I called a few designer friends to see if they\u2019f be interested in designing it. Dev team is plugging away on the main dashboard list view as well as the calendar view. Progress. But the work on that is tedious. Should be fun to see how much progress they make today.<\/p>\n<p>2. Design team has all of the primary screens finished and are now working on the last few secondary screens.<\/p>\n<p>3. But that&#8217;s the beauty of compacting an initial product build into such a short time frame.
